1. just download
2. open using ultra iso or burn on to dvd
3. boot pc and install

INSTALLATION USING USB PENDRVE
1. If you want to install it using USB you will need  a 4gb atleast usb and good pc
2. Extract .ISO using ultraiso in a folder
3. now download a free program called WINTOFLASH
4. Plugin usb and open program now select  window 7 from dropdown
5. select usb and windows files folder
6. click start
7. restart pc and boot to install
